During the winter months between November and April, local tourists head out west to the Pacific side to places like Cerritos, Pescadero's and San Pedritos. (According to our local surfer, the Pacific side seems to be decent almost year round.)
We recommend: Contact the Surf Hotel to set up surf lessons, rent boards or plan a surf trip

Cabo Adventures offers a wide variety of outdoor pursuits, but their zip lines, called Canopy Adventures, are very cool. Set up in a stone canyon, you are connected to a cable and you zip a couple hundred feet above the ground from one canyon wall to another. No one is too old to do this --it's fun and easy.
We recommend: Bring your chapstick because your going to be smiling like crazy.
