This famous beach, located by the Los Cabo’s Arch, may be small, but is still a favorite. You can take a water taxi from Medano Beach or the marina to get there. This is the perfect spot to pack a lunch and spend the day. The coolest part about this beach is one side leads to the Sea of Cortez and the other to the Pacific Ocean. Swimming on the Pacific side is extremely dangerous; the waves get pretty rough.
There is also a Divorce Beach nearby, so be careful which beach you choose…

These beaches are located north of San Jose del Cabo - way off the beaten path. Find someone with an SUV to drive, because the road out is a treacherous one (and difficult to find). But, it is definitely worth the drive once you get there. The East Cape is home to some of the best, secluded surf spots, such as Destiladeras, 9 Palms and Shipwrecks. Some days, you may even be the only one out there in the water…unless the surf is really good or it is a holiday. This is the perfect spot to camp, swim, and surf.
