Hands down, the absolute best fish tacos in all of Cabo. Anyone that has been coming to Cabo for a while knows Rosy's. Quite honestly, it's so good that many people stop there on their way in from the airport and stop by again on their way back out to the airport. The standard for fish and shrimp tacos.

Directions: Driving into San Jose, it's on the left directly after the "Marinos/Pescador" stoplight.

Hangman's has the best frijoles charros, mulitas and melted natural or special cheese (roasted, marinated, mushroom). Friends, this is the real deal: it's an authentic Mexican restaurant and for $50 bucks, a party of 5 is beyond stuffed.

Directions:
Driving into San Jose, turn left at the Pescador street sign. The street winds in to the Chamizal neighborhood. Take your second left and look for the neon sign. Guacamayas is on the right.

My Bar food & drinks by Bisto started as a funky little outdoor taco shop and has expanded into a full indoor/outdoor restaurant. Owner Elias Deras makes the best salmon tacos in Cabo! His steak tacos are fabulous too. Ladies, don't bother wearing high heels, the outdoor area is all Cabo sand. There is a small lounge area, bar seating, and swings for the kids (big kids can swing too). Celebrities like Cary Hart and Pink often frequent this place.

The new inside restaurant, formerly Spicy Cooper's, offers plenty of lounge seating and full bar (it also has sand flooring). Right now they only serve tacos, but the indoor restaurant will soon be adding burritos and other options to the menu. My Bar is the perfect after hours spot, if your looking for a late night snack and great music. The party continues on until 4 am.

Come by for bikini Sunday's, where girls drink free (only if they are sporting their bikinis). Guys, you would be crazy not to check it out.
