La Fonda is one of the big favorites for regulars to Cabo as far as great Mexican Food goes. The Chef Christopher Chong, is one of the best at creating authentic and delicious Mexican Food, which believe it or not, is hard to find in Los Cabos. You’ll have to venture a bit off the tourist track to find this fantastic restaurant, but it is well worth the experience. It is North of the Cabo San Lucas tourist zone about ten blocks up Morelos St, between Obregon and 12 de Octubre. Easiest is to just take a Taxi. This is really going authentic and you will crave this food about one week after you get back to the States. They do not have a website so you will need to call them or email them. Their email is lafonda@solmar.com.mx
We recommend: Queso Fundido with Chrorizo to start then the best Green Enchidas ever!!
